Designer Scents JA specializes in high-quality perfume oil sprays inspired by well-known fragrances. We are not affiliated with any original brands, manufacturers, or designers. Trademarks, brand names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Our product names are used solely for comparative reference, and we do not claim to sell original formulations.

 

3. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. Any data collected is used strictly for order fulfillment, customer communication, and Designer Scents JA marketing purposes. We do not share, sell, or rent customer information to third parties.

 

4. Order Policy

  • Retail Orders: No minimum purchase is required.

  • Business Orders: Some items in this category have a minimum order requirement. Please carefully read the description and additional information sections for each product

 

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available in select areas.

  • Bank Transfers: Payments can be made to our NCB business account. The details will be provided during checkout.

  • Lynk Payment: Secure digital payments via Lynk@jovineb.

  • PayPal: A 10% processing fee applies to all PayPal transactions.

  • Credit Card: You may pay with your credit card through Lynk or PayPal.

All payments must be confirmed before an order is processed and shipped for non-bearer delivery orders.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Once payment is received, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Please refrain from last-minute order cancellations.

  • Customers who fail to receive Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will receive a penalty and may be restricted from using this option for future purposes.

 

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The product arrived damaged or defective upon arrival.

Opened, used, or tampered with products cannot be returned.

 

 

8. Shipping Policy

  • Zipmail: Orders are dispatched once per week on Wednesdays and will be available for pickup Thursday-Friday.

  • Knutsford Express: Orders are shipped once per week on Fridays for pickup on Saturdays.

  • Bearer Deliveries: Next-day delivery is available (excluding Sundays and public holidays). If a holiday falls on a delivery day, the package will be dispatched on the next business day.

  • Pickup: No longer available.

  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost for rush orders.

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Designer Scents JA is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

 

9. Promotions & Discounts

  • Only one promotional offer or discount can be applied per order.

  • Coupons cannot be used on already discounted items.

  • Customers should contact us to apply any coupon, for manual verification of discount eligibility.

 

10. Sample Policy

Complimentary sample/s may be included with orders based on availability. While customers may request a specific sample, we cannot guarantee availability.

 

11. Product Variation

Perfume oils may vary slightly in color, intensity, or packaging due to manufacturing limitations and ingredient sourcing. These variations do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

 

 

12. Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Designer Scents JA, you agree to comply with all policies outlined above. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to any customer.

  • Modify these policies at any time without prior notice.

  • Cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stock unavailability or pricing errors.
